For IMA Corazza we are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant.
IMA Corazza is the division that manufactures dosing and packaging machines for the Food & Dairy industry.  

Work Location: Bologna (BO)

The Role

• Preparing sales quotes for the sale of replacement parts;
• Providing technical support and customer service throughout the entire process: from order receipt to shipping and invoicing;
• Collaborating with various company departments (Project Management, Customer Service, Technical Department) to ensure effective handling of technical and sales-related requests;
• Directly managing, following a period of training and mentoring, customers and agents in assigned territories.

Experience & Skills

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. 

What Will Set You Apart

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork;
• Good knowledge of French, both written and spoken;
• High school diploma or college degree in a language-related field, or equivalent qualification.

Compensation Package

The initial gross annual salary will be € 34.000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
