For IMA FLXHub Sector Mexico We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our local sales and service subsidiary, driving growth and operational excellence in the market.

The Role

• Full P&L responsibility for the subsidiary
• Lead and develop the local sales and service teams
• Drive revenue growth and market share
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Align local strategy with group/HQ objectives
• Manage key customer and partner relationships
• Report on performance, forecasts, and market trends

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership role (Country/GM/Sales Manager)
• Track record in sales and/or service operations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel
