For the IMA AUTOMATION Division, we are looking for a ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN.

IMA AUTOMATION designs and manufactures prototype machines and production lines for component assembly across a variety of industries, including medical devices, automotive, and e-mobility.

JOB SUMMARY

• Perform the assembly, commissioning, testing, and validation of the electrical systems of machines and/or production lines, both in-house and at customer sites.
• Prepare machine wiring and electrical control panels based on the electrical schematics provided.
• Carry out wiring activities for machine components and pre-assembled units supplied by external vendors, and verify their electrical functionality.
• Travel to customer sites to perform machine/line re-wiring, electrical panel installation, and electrical functionality checks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation.
• Post-diploma IFTS/ITS Maker qualification specializing in Electrical Engineering and/or Industrial Automation.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in electrical assembly roles within automatic machinery manufacturing companies.
• Good ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong manual skills, attention to detail, and precision.
• Willingness to undertake frequent national and international business travel in the future.

The initial gross annual salary (RAL) will be €35,500, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, in line with objective and gender-neutral evaluation criteria.
