For IMA SAFE, we are looking for a SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGING INDUSTRY.

IMA SAFE operates in the design and manufacturing of complete primary and secondary packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetics industries.

JOB SUMMARY

• Provide back-office support to the Area Managers and Project Managers within the Sales Department.
• Prepare the commercial section of quotations based on the Area Manager's instructions, liaising with Product Managers, Logistics, and the Legal Department (when necessary) to gather any missing information.
• Maintain relationships with Area Managers, agents, subsidiaries, and customers, providing the technical and commercial information required to define quotations and finalize orders.
• Create order confirmations and open the related WBS/Network structures in SAP after receiving the customer's purchase order.
• Verify the availability of IMA divisions or third-party suppliers and create the related purchase orders, interdivisional quotations, or intercompany offers in SAP, when acting as project lead.
• Communicate the issuance or revision of documents to all relevant company departments and send approved documentation to customers.
• Organize customer visits to IMA facilities, including support with accommodation and transportation arrangements.
• Update customer master data in SAP and CRM systems for the areas within the role’s responsibility.
• Liaise with the central administration team regarding invoicing and other administrative activities, while monitoring the timely receipt of customer payments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Fluent knowledge of English and German, with Spanish considered a strong advantage.
• Degree in Languages/Translation & Interpreting and/or Economics, with 1 to 3 years of experience in structured industrial organizations.
• Knowledge of commercial and administrative procedures, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and International Transactions.

The initial gross annual salary (RAL) will be €34,000, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria), with the possibility of an increase based on the candidate's experience and competencies, in line with objective and gender-neutral evaluation criteria.
