IMA Fillshape is looking for a Assembly Mechanical Fitter to join its team.

IMA Fillshape designs and manufactures filling systems for flexible pouches, both with and without spouts, serving the dairy, food, beverage, and personal care industries.

Location: Vicofertile (Parma), Italy

 

 

The Role

 

  • Assemble, install and test mechanical components for automatic machines and production lines;
  • Perform the assembly and commissioning of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, following technical drawings and schematics provided by the Engineering Department;
  • Carry out plant validation tests during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) phase, working closely with the Electrical Assembly team, and support FAT activities in the presence of customers.

 

Experience & Skills

 
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly roles, preferably within industrial automation companies;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Availability for short business trips, approximately 40 days per year.

Compensation Package

 
The starting gross annual salary will be €34,000, under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry. A higher compensation package may be offered based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral evaluation criteria.
